Thank you for checking out my new site for my competition team. I am Trainer Jo and I am a bikini coach for the Ms. Bikini America Pageant. I have done over 50 shows, placed top 10% in almost all of them, and I have even judged about 20 bodybuilding shows.

I have a unique perspective on competition that most other local competition coaches do not have…. I have been on both sides of the stage; on it competing, and in front of it judging. I understand what the judges see and what the crowd and competitors do not. And NOBODY can related to the judges on this but those who have judged shows. And the objective is to win over the judges and get the highest score… right?

With this experience, I am coaching a team of competitors to know exactly what the judges see and what the judges like but cannot explain; the WOW FACTOR. This unique concept is something that is rarely addressed but always present. Without it, no matter how conditioned or attractive you are, you won’t fair well against someone who has it !!! I have watched winners on stage and backstage, and picked up on their vibes and those tiny nuances they bring to the stage. I am almost right on target choosing the winner simply by their conduct offstage and in the dressingroom.

It is this WOW Factor that catapults the competitor to the top… why not learn it from someone who understands it. I myself  can claim to have WOW factor; I am never conditioned optimally and yet I always placed, using these mind techniques that have never proven me wrong. You can learn it too!
